Outlook Tip - Spell Checker

Tag: Office

Yuo dont hav to bee teh besst tipyst in the worlld too sue e-mail. Then again, let’s not get COMPLETELY lazy. At least if you’re going to type fast and furious (and, apparently, flawed), use the automatic spelling checker feature, which lets you focus on the content of your message while it concentrates on finding possible spelling errors. You can’t turn on the automatic spelling checker from inside a message you’re composing, so if you want to use this feature, close out or minimize any messages you’re currently working on and follow these steps:

* Choose Tools + Options.
* Click on the Spelling tab.
* Click on the Always Check Spelling Before Sending box.
* Click on OK.

Now, every time you send a message to your Outbox for delivery, the automatic spelling checker goes to work and alerts you of any questionable spellings. Awl yuo hav ot doo iz tipe, sennd, nad wate.
