Host files on Windows allows you to map host names with IP addresses, so that when a host name is encountered the IP address is automatically allocated from the host file. Editing the host file is not an easy task as you need to first locate it on your PC (based on the version) and then open it on notepad and then edit it. HostMan is a freeware tool for Windows which allows you to easily edit the host files without having to do it manually by searching for the file.

M.U.S.T or Move User’s Stuff Tool is a freeware tool for Windows which provides a GUI for USMT. DataGrab: Back Up All Users Profiles & Settings with One Click

Backup utilities that save your user profiles (including documents and application data) usually only do so from one user account at a time. If you want to back up multiple user profiles without having to log into each account, check out DataGrab.

The free DataGrab utility lets you select the folders within each user profile you wish to back up, including Documents, favorites, and application history. You can also select specific file types to save, such as Word docs or wildcard extensions of your choosing.
